So I’ve done week 4 twice ( my personal choice) so start week 5 tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll get through the 8 min runs. I found a vlog from a gentleman called Anthony on you tube going through the programme and have found it very interesting to watch and helpful. I think he’s on here so thank you for doing the videos. Hoping for positive vibes and self belief for tomorrow.
