After a short interruption after graduation day with stomach upset (not COVID as am part of research prog so had to have test - phew) I started running again. So pleased to be back to it apart from that first 10 mins of course. Ran a different route today which was fun and didn’t have anything in my ears. Was very different as had no idea where I was in the 30 mins. And only my own encouragement to go on. But result 😀 just a bit faster (9.13/km) and a bit further (3.25km) than last time according to Strava that is. Am sure I will hit a plateau soon but for now I’m enjoying the progress. Maybe I’ll make 5k one day 😀

Good on you Grannyasbo and glad you’re feeling better. 😊Not sure I could do all that “naked”! You must have a will of steel! 🙌 Just managed my second post injury/consolidation run too. 28 mins was definitely enough for me this week though! 😊🏃♀️🐢
