We did it 😀😍🥳🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🍾🎂 set off to the lake feeling excited and unbelievably a little nervous. It was 7am and already felt warm, first 5 mins went well after 10 mins felt a few aches creeping in but nowhere along the way did we feel like we wouldn't make it. Last 5 minutes was great spectacular views round the lake, sun shining and a few other joggers to pass and say good morning to. Then thats it Sarah says 60 seconds to go we look at each other, smile and finish with a sprint. Wow we did it what a feeling the app resounds in cheers and we are buzzing. We will have a celebration meal and 🍾 tonight but for now its a bacon butties, the c25k graduate notch on our bands, a certificate and big smiles for the rest of the day. What a journey it has been 🥳
