So after my knee playing up on monday (after W6 R1 ) and most of tuesday i decided to give myself an extra rest day and do R2 on thursday evening instead of wednesday. My knee felt much better by wednesday but i waited and last night i took it nice and slow and managed to complete week 6, run 2! Yay!! I say I took it nice and slow and I really did feel like I made myself go slower than I could but after checking strava it turned out to be my fastest pace yet πŸ€” Not sure how but I'm happy, the fact that I can run and not always feel like I'm dying is so nice! And I'm so glad my knee held out! Still a few aches and pains but nothing anywhere near what it was. I worn a knee support monday after I got back and most of the day tuesday and it really helped. πŸ˜πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Try and take it easy and slowly get back into it.x

I just got back from W7 R2. It was hard in this humidity. Felt like it was dragging on but I guess some runs are just like that.
