You may still be able to port your run data to Strava during the outage. Worked for me. Instructions for PC and Mac here:

Darn nuisance. I had my graduation run this morning and wanted to be sure that a) it had recorded and b) that it would upload to Strava. So I decided to record it on my watch and also record it on Strava with my phone. The latter worked, so happy! Doesn’t matter if the run disappears into the ether now from my watch.
