Having finished the week 9 at the end of June, July is the month of consolidation and now I am up to run 9 and have run 52km.

It is amazing that a few months ago I couldn't run and now strangely I kind of enjoy it in a sadistic kind of way. The consolidation runs definitely help to make the running a habit/lifestyle. Next is the diet although I haven't lost weight but have a smaller waist (muscle weighs more than fat right).

If anyone is reading this and wants to know is consolidation works then is sure does.

Brilliant! It's such a great achievement and creating a really positive habit too. Weight loss may well flow as you continue running, but the best thing is the great feeling that being healthy, fit and toned brings. Enjoy those runs!
