Having finished the week 9 at the end of June, July is the month of consolidation and now I am up to run 9 and have run 52km.
It is amazing that a few months ago I couldn't run and now strangely I kind of enjoy it in a sadistic kind of way. The consolidation runs definitely help to make the running a habit/lifestyle. Next is the diet although I haven't lost weight but have a smaller waist (muscle weighs more than fat right).
If anyone is reading this and wants to know is consolidation works then is sure does.
