Hi I have 7 runs left till I graduate. I never thought I would run but I absolutely love it and feel great. I'm starting to already think how to carry on with my running but don't know where to start in terms of planning a route to aim for a 5k and which app to use and if they are free or should I just still run for 30 minutes but build my speed up. Also do I still need to do the warm up and cool down walk and do I count this as my running time and how would I plan all this in without using the couch to 5k app to guide me and just using my phone. Can anybody give me some advice.

Hi - great that you are enjoying the program so much and well done for getting this far!

There is a pinned post for the July Consolidation Club, which has links and answers to all your questions! There will be an August one next month too. Hope this is helpful - in the meantime, good luck with the rest of your runs! 👍🙂
