Week 4 Run 1

Hard but not impossible.

I returned home feeling like a sweaty beetroot.

I swore at Jo Wiley when she said I had one more minute left.

The first twinges of a stitch showed up and quickly disappeared just as I started the cool down walk.

No discomfort, just tired, which is how it should be.

Three hours afterwards, and my leg muscles are feeling a little tight and they're telling me they're going to need a bit of a rest, but the rest of my body is saying "Again! Again!"
