Hi all,
just wanted to check in to let you know I've done my first 2 week 9 runs on Monday and today as some of you suggested with pre-planned podcasts and although they were both slow and steady (6.5 km in the 40 minutes) I am just so happy to have done them. Thanks to all of you who helped to get me back on track. I do think it would help me to meet other runners to train with so if anyone is vaguely local to me (East Malling in Kent) and is happy to welcome a running partner, please let me know. Otherwise, huge thanks - just Friday to go!
