Early Morning Run

Hi,

Thought I would change my routine to a morning run today before the sun started doing it's thing.

Pleasantly surprised with the time, looks like it's all coming together now. Pic shows my timing 👍, well happy.

Whilst I'm on here does anyone have/use it a heart rate monitor? Thinking of purchasing one.

Well done! I don’t personally use one but I believe they’re part of most fit/smart watches these days!
