I have finished week 9 about 6 weeks ago and have continued to run 3-4 times a week for 30 mins but I still can’t get near the 5K distance, (I’m currently at 4K in 30mins) I’m feeling very disheartened, fed-up and annoyed with myself. Does anyone else feel like this? Any advice on how to increase my pace?

You are still a very, very new graduate. Get more slow miles on your legs to build stamina and endurance and speed will follow.
