C25K has proved very popular in the last 4 months, I would think the feature about it on the One Show will show several people who have completed the course since lockdown began, I'll be watching.

I did watch the program, they interviewed a few people who had completed the course and recommended it to the viewers.

The one show was ok , but deffo should have had Princess TT on 😁 haha
