Hugo has been with me on every run, no complaints and this Morning, we’ve actually done it, we’ve graduated. 🏆There have been hiccups, tears and quite a few highs but we did it. Thank you to everyone on here the support is incredible. I really am proof that if I can do it anyone can. My face matches the t shirt 🙄

I would of loved to have run with my dog, lucky you, I also have black lab with wobbly back legs and a fixed broken leg, he also would loved to have done it too!! Well done, I am in my last week, dreading the 30 minutes!!

I'm taking a couple of weeks out due to hip & back pain

I too suffer with hip and lower back pain my physio said no to running, but actually I think the light jogging helps. Hope you can carry on soon
