I went at around 6pm, was raining lightly and dreading itbut it felt quite nice running in the rain as opposed to the heat we’ve been having lately. Its tough and ive never pushed myself quite like it in my life. The after run is so so uplifting, feels great. Keep going everyone, we can all do this!
