Feeling pleased with myself. Hard but easier than the first week I did W1 (I did W1 twice). Can feel it in my thighs! I’m just going to do this at my own pace and repeat runs as necessary. But wanted to cheer on any Week 1ers. If I can improve then so can you. I am overweight and haven’t done any exercise for years. So small steps. S

Well done and welcome to the programme. You're absolutely right to do this at your own pace, just have confidence in yourself and the programme: it's designed to build you week by week and you can do this.
