Repeating week 8

I am repeating the whole of week 8 even though the first run of week 8 was my best ever. Runs2&3 were terrible I succumbed to a walk more than once.

I’ve ran for a strong 28 minutes this morning.

Do I just go for one more (where I will have hopefully done 28 minutes) or another 2?

I repeated week 5 for about 3 weeks and it improved my confidence moving forward....

Help???

Hi MsJoBerry

I don’t think there is any set rule for this but for me, just knowing I didn’t achieve one or two runs affected my mental state as I thought it was cheating! That then became an excuse when I didn’t achieve a run, so I made sure I completed all the ones that I considered to be ‘unsuccessful’ (can’t say failed). So it may take a couple more days, so what? Builds up stamina too!
