How to know how far you have run?

How do you know how far you have run ?

Have just started W7R1. No idea how far I’ve run today. Is there an easy way to check the distance you have covered?

There are several ways.

You could download the 'Strava' free app to your phone and it will track and map your run .

Or you could use one of the running smart watches and then upload your run to starva !

A lot on here (me included) use strava 😁👍
