Take your runs a little slower than you have been recently, take a few extra days off running, drink plenty of water the day before you run and some just before you run, you don't have too long now before you graduate, good luck.

Hey Els_runs - fear not, you've got this!

As you'll hear from lots of people, this is all about taking it SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWER. However slow you think you're going, there's always slower and that's what you need right now.

Remember you have all of us in your corner, cheering you on and taking each step (or plod in my case) with you - you are ALREADY an inspiration and you have ALREADY done the really hard stuff, so be really, really proud of yourself!

If you want to post here before and after each run, you go for it!

Something I’ve learned from here is just when you think you can’t go any slower, you actually can 🤔

I’ve found “stretchy strides” work for me during warm up walk

Looks at bit Monty Python like (if your of an age to remember silly walks) but seriously - it really does work for me
