Just completed week 6 run 3. I never in a million years thought I could run 25 mins (4K). Onto the question...may sound really random but I have asthma and hay fever. My main running route is through a field full of trees/grass/flowers ect. Now I struggle with my breathing do you think I would struggle less if I change my route to somewhere without all the allergens. Anyone else been in same situation?

Why don't you try it and find out.
I get hay fever but only if its raining, I don't think a change of route would help mine.
Hi I’m about to start week 9. I would try maybe a different route and see if that makes a difference I have a few routes I go on just as it adds a bit of variety and change of scenery. I suffer from hayfever and I notice a difference when running alongside the fields so if it’s a high pollen count day I tend to avoid that route. 🤞

I have asthma and hay fever too...I make sure I have my inhaler and an anti-histamine about half an hour before I set off and I run on the roads or on the tow path to be on the safe side
