My legs ached but I did it! I realised today that I’m no longer out of breath when I run. For someone who’s never run before and was hopeless at sport all those years ago at school that’s not bad going 😁 Happy Friday everyone

That's great progress to have made already. It's amazing isn't it? We spend years and years assuming we can't do something then many of us discover we love it! I was slightly later to the party than you, but I'm so glad I didn't wait any longer.
Keep getting stronger - there's a lot of fun to be had with this running malarkey😊
