Struggled this evening, it was very humid with no beeeze, I had to slow to a walk a couple of times in the last 10 mins as my pace was broken by road works and having to run on the road, as there was traffic lights so I had to wait for the traffic to clear 🤨. I picked it up again towards the end and I finished in the same place as run 1 so good result in the end. I hope the traffic lights have gone before the next run. 🤞🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Arrgghhh, I got interrupted several times yesterday too. So annoying to lose your rhythm for things like that. Enjoy your graduation run, lights or no lights (but hopefully no lights!).
