Week 3 finished!

I finished week 3 today and started running around the park instead of the garden. Feeling really positive about the whole experience.

Although, there was a shower today and a bit of wind and I realised I’m not a fan of running in the wind or the rain 😂😂

I’ve been doing the runs every 2 days so moving on to Week 4 a day early this week, finally excited about running longer rather than dreading it. Found myself preferring the 3 minute run to the 90 second one today.

Hope you’re all enjoying your c25k journey and keeping safe and well xx

I just did W3D3 today too. I have been looking forward to running now. The 1st 90 second run was not my favorite but I liked the 3 minute runs.
