Congratulations on starting C25K and welcome to the forum, just take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, don't run on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, drink plenty of water 💦 to avoid dehydration, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾

Welcome. You'll get plenty of friendly tips and support on here. Slow and steady is the mantra from now until graduation. Stick exactly to the plan. You MUST take rest days however good you feel. They are key to recovery and avoiding injury. Keep posting your progress on here, it is very motivational. Good luck and enjoy your running

Welcome to the forum and well done on your decision.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.

My advice, go slow and then slow down! You can do this, just follow the advice on this forum and take your time. I have just started week 9 and I am someone that hadn’t run for forty years and a minute running felt like a lifetime.

Congratulations in starting. My tip is not to treat it all too serious and be kind to yourself. Happy running. Keep posting too. 🤸🏻‍♀️👣👍

You can do it, the programme is designed for non runners. When I started c25k the first time I hadn't run for 40 years but I managed it. Good luck 👍

Have faith in the app. Follow it to the letter and it will all work out. I hadn't run for 10 years and now i am 40 and the app DOES work.
