Hi, Welcome! When I started, early April, I felt conspicuous...and a bit daft, tbh. The programme is GREAT and the 'community' a revelation. Just start, go your own pace and you'll discover what a great thing you're doing πŸ˜‰ So many of us try and keep an eye out - because we've all been there! Months pass... How are you doing? I'm finding the darker mornings and an increased workload a challenge - and my best days are when I do get out to jog / run whatever! All the best!
