So I’ve moved again!! I’ve had two weeks of work, moving and restless nights!! But today after a good sleep I went for it nice and early!! I had no idea where I was going as do not no the area but found a perfect route of 4K around the river. I even got my fastest 5k

Amazing! Moving house, all that stress, two weeks off ... and you go and throw a PB! Sometimes a short break is great for refreshing the legs and giving you renewed vigour. Have fun exploring new routes - this one looks fab!
