Well another one done! I was much later setting off this morning as I had to take the car for it’s MOT and service. Husband picked me up from the garage and brought me home. The road to the woods where I run was closed for resurfacing so I thought I’d run down the track from our house and end up in the woods as normal. I hadn’t really thought about the state of the track! I’m now covered in scratches from briars and I lost the path in the mass of undergrowth. Eventually I found the right path and joined my normal run. Michael was very encouraging and I listened to him telling me to go a bit faster at the end. You’ve got to be joking I thought! It was so much hotter today , running a couple of hours later in the day. Back to normal for Run 3 I hope!
