I just created my own playlist from tunes I love. I know you can get proper running playlist that are tailored to how slow or fast you want to run as the tempo of the song will affect your pace but for me I like to have songs that I can sing along to (in my head) so my playlist is mostly cheesy pop or Disney with a little country and old school R&B for good measure 😂

Probably explains why my pace can be a bit all over the place come to think of it though 🙄🙈

Haha, yes I must admit I was going to try with whatever I have in my iPod and see if I can sing along to test my pace. I've got such a mixture from 80s, to The Script, rock, you name it. Maybe I'll just put it on shuffle songs and see what I get!

😂 that’s pretty much what I do and I don’t think I’d enjoy it as much if I wasn’t listening to my favourite songs. I think it’s a personal thing, I’ve seen on here some people listen to podcasts or audiobooks instead and some runners prefer nothing at all but I see it as my time, my space away from the usual distractions and stresses of being a busy working mum so half an hour or so of uninterrupted time to listen to my favourite music is luxury so it’s about what you will enjoy too 😊

I listen to a dance playlist from Apple Music ever since I started the program, it’s quite long so I just hit shuffle at the start of every run. I find the genre helpful for running because of its upbeat style 😊

Sorry been a bit busy - but try my Spotify page - all playlists generally created with help from the folk on here...

Love them, enjoy singing along at the top of my voice sometimes, definitely tests my breathing and stamina though!! ,😁🏃‍♀️

I listen to the exact same playlist off my amazon. I took off one song as it was annoying me but the rest are the same each time x I don’t worry about BPM it’s a bit hard for me to work out even with the help of an app! Just listen to up beat stuff on the way and slower stuff to cool down! X
