I'm just about to finish the B210K programme and so I need to put together my own music to run for an hour. What would you reccommend? The cheesier the better!

Sorry, whats B210k. Tried to find it on itunes but couldn't.
It's short for "Bridge to 10k" - because some people just aren't satisfied with 5k! There are training plans and some podcasts here (kindly uploaded by AndyStev/CaroleC)
couchto5k.healthunlocked.co...
I think that the NHS/Laura are working on some updated versions too.
Probably anything by Green Day or the Foo Fighters!!
How about this for weird?
When I ran on Tuesday the Wk9 podcast kept cutting out on my phone, so I gave up and switched to radio rather than listen to my own panting! It was Classic FM, and I stayed with it for Elgar's Nimrod and then something similarly slow paced. I knew something more beaty would probably be better but to be honest I'm vague about changing stations as I rarely use my phone for music.
I finished the distance and checked my time and I'd put in a personal best for pace - 10% faster. So Classic FM is what I will be listening to this morning!
I once listened to some Mozart by mistake because of an ipod problem, and I also did a pb time on that run! I also noted that I was calmer and breathing nicely I don't know why I haven't done it again really.
Some of these suggestions are great.. I'll definately be adding a few to my playlists.
I mentioned these on a previous thread, but here are some of my favourites
