Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊 🏃🏾

I’ve just done Wk5 Run 2 didn’t think I could do it, I don’t feel ready to run for 20 minutes any tips would be appreciated please 👍
have no tips. I was the same as you. I was relaxed going out, just kept the thought that if I had to slow to a walk then I’d just do the same run next time.
It was fine though. Could have happily given up at 15mins but there was no point at that stage! Last 2 mins were almost a comedy jog but a jog all the same.
