I graduated from C25K back in September 2019 βοΈ
Iβve kept up fitness through weekly boot camps, boxercise, hiking and yoga.
Lockdown brought challenges to some of that and Iβve done a month worth of Joe Wicks, a 21 day yoga challenge, 2 months worth of abs/squats challenges, daily steps challenges, lifestyle cleanses, food cleanses...
Running outside became tricky as my daughter rides her bike whilst I run. My local routes became packed with people taking their daily exercise.
Sooooooooooo-Iβm now excited about getting my running gear back out ππ»
