Well that wasn’t too bad 😊. I heeded the advice on here so I was mentally prepared for the intervals .

What I wasn’t so prepared for was the fact it is blowing a hoolie out there, and high tide so I got a salty sea spraying along the sea front thrown in for good measure ! 🤣🤣.

Starting to enjoy this now, but I must remember to stretch after each run. I completely forgot on Friday (muppet) - clearly too wrapped up in euphoria from running non stop for 20mins! Never again will I forget to stretch, as I did suffer a bit the following day!

Well done! Wind and sea spray, sounds like you were up against it and still came through! I had to do my stretches by the car this morning as I had driven to a park. Good luck with the next run, I enjoyed the 2 x 10 minutes.

Week 6 I found tough so its nice to see you handling it great - decided i don't like the intervals.. I just hope I'm better at the longer runs :-)
