A short challenging run today. Usually feel elated and full of beans after a run. Today I wanted to crawl home and back into bed.
Not sure if I have just been overdoing it in general or just a tired day. I did go from no exercise, to exercising 6 days a week for the last 10 weeks. Only a couple of weeks till the end of the program maybe I’ll take an extra rest day and see how I feel.

You're doing so well. Could it be the rainy weather that's affecting how you feel? I think an extra rest/recovery day at the end of the program would be well earned and you may find it does you good. I got a PB after a 'rest' period. I think it gives your body chance to build up.
Thank you Baddie I think I started this so close to post COVID and then going back to school it’s been a bit crazy. I’m hoping I can push through the last two weeks and then maybe take a free style week (unplanned and lots of rest but not nothing) before I start up the next 12 week program I made for myself.
I hope you are feeling revitalised today. You've certainly packed a lot in over the last few weeks. A couple of rest days might be what you need, especially before your next set of challenges. Don't forget the tortoise.
