Done! Quite close out there - was actually hoping it would rain to cool me down a tad.

I'm finding the first 5-10 minutes I'm having a mental argument with myself to get rid of the negatives, then before I know it I'm nearly done. My Negative Nancy is most irritating.

All in all feeling accomplished. Never thought I'd look forward to longer runs. Bring on Wednesday!

Well done on another run in the bag. I’m definitely enjoying the runs without the interval walks better. I can just relax in to a rhythm and lose myself in my thoughts.
