Well done on getting this far! The end is in sight. As with all previous runs, there's no shame in slowing down for those last few minutes.
Strava is popular amongst all the runners I know. It's free but there's a paid option which isn't necessary but does include some interesting stats for stats geeks like me! I've also used Map my Run / Walk but prefer Strava.

Runners have to pace themselves..........a 5000m runner does not run as fast as a 100m sprinter.......so if any run is tough, just slow down. You are still learning your pace, so give yourself a break and finish comfortably.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
My vote is for Runkeeper, because you can programme intervals.
