Huge huge thank you to everyone who encouraged me yesterday. I just did the week 6 run 3 again and even managed the 60 second sprint at the end. Christening my new versa2 I went back to my usual route and just kept telling myself I COULD make it. Feels brilliant to have done it and I can't wait for my next run!
