I have completed week 4 of the programme this morning! So please.

Any tips for week 5? That 20 min run coming up sure seems a jump. I guess it’s just having trust in the programme.

Congratulations on completing week 4 of C25K, onwards and upwards to week 5, take run 3 slowly, the program has prepared you for it, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck.

The sense of achievement after the twenty minute run is the best! You can do it, just start slow 🐌 Good luck!

Good warm up and cool down stretches, plenty of water and don’t go too fast. Have faith in yourself, you are better than you think.

Congratulations! That’s fantastic !

My only tips are : start slow, don’t over think it! The program has totally prepared you for it. Trust in the program and believe in yourself.

Oh and enjoy 😉

Trust in the programme and yourself! I just did this run on Friday. 5 weeks ago I couldn't run for 60 seconds! It definitely works!

Well done ! W5 does feel a step up but as you’ll see from other posts the program is well structured to ensure you’ll be well prepared. Read the pinned messages as detailed especially the one in W5R3 ... puts it in much better perspective. As my trainer Michael says, “you’ve got this!”.

Mental preparation for that run was definitely as important as fitness preparation for me. You can do it, it’s just putting it all together. Take it slow and steady. Good luck 🍀
