I had to stay in for the week so I did week 2 walking and jogging on the spot. Is this cheating?
I will be back to normal next week and will be doing week 2 again. I suppose it it is very different doing out side.

I’m not an expert by any stretch but I’m not sure you get the same benefit from doing on the spot 🤷🏻♂️
