I have to give up for a bit

After 7 weeks of rest, I went back to week 4 to see how I got on and 2 weeks later the pain in my shin has returned together with a new pain at the back of my knee. Hopefully the physiotherapist will open soon and I can get back out there. Just as I had discovered segments on the Apple Watch too 🙄.

Wise decision.

You probably need to build your leg strength, but also make sure you slow down, and keep footfall under your body and not out in front, as advised for minimising impact in the guide to the plan.

Thank you. Because of the injury, I tried to be conscious of the way I run but it’s very difficult to change. I’ll stick to the cross trainer for a while.
