Wk6 r3 and apparently I’m now officially a runner!
First run on my own but have been looking forward to it all week as I was starting to get annoyed by the interval walks. Took a steady pace for the first half but after the bell I thought I think I could pick up the pace a little and still make it to the end, so I did! Then when Sarah said 60secs left and suggested I pick up the pace I thought yeah let’s do it! Felt amazing!!! (Don’t get me wrong my ‘fast’ pace was still by no means FAST but I love that I could do it and not die 😂)
Week 7? Ha bring it!
