What a feeling...9 weeks ago, today seemed so far away, but here I am, smiling with a great sense of achievement 😊

Thank you to all those that post comments, it really helps and encourages the new runner during their journey. It certainly did me.

So I'm going to keep setting my alarm at silly o'clock in the morning every other day to get out before the heat, people, work....because, I'm really rather enjoying this running lark, especially the buzz it gives you all day after.

Congratulations, I've just done my final run of week 9 so that's two of us buzzing, only managed 4k in the 30 minutes but I plan to spend the next few weeks building up to 5k and if I can do it in under 40 minutes I'll be chuffed. I too am buzzing so we can walk round on a cloud together all day!!
