Was a hot one today but went out earliyish and got it done. Really enjoying it and even starting to dislike some of the walking parts. Feels like it breaks my stride and then I have to get into it again. Does anyone else feel this? However I'm a bit apprehensive about starting W5.

Myself and my partner felt exactly like this if you check my wk6r2 post today you will see we are celebrating the fact that we have no more runs with breaks in them even though we struggled with just 90 seconds jogging at the start 😀 we were also apprehensive about week 5 but no need to be the program works and you are ready for it and it feels great when you complete wk5 I think that was our most satisfying week so far as it seems a big jump. You will smash it 👊
Thanks for all your encouraging messages. I run down the backroads out of my village and there was a nice breeze across the fields to counteract the heat, so not too bad. I also take it nice and steady and sometimes sing along to my music to check I'm not going too fast. In fact sometimes feel I could push myself a little more. However its working for me, and no injuries so I'll keep going slow and steady. Slow and steady wins the race, they say. Sadly no Pina coladas for me today, although getting caught in the rain would have been nice lol x
