I’m so annoyed with myself ! I didn’t make my 20 minute nonstop run because I ran the wrong way in the woods and found myself struggling up a steep hill so I had to fast walk for 2 minutes to get to the top. I’d built this run up so much in my head that I forgot to concentrate on where I was going. Why oh why did I not just turn round when Michael told me I’d done 10 minutes 🤷♀️😢 ? I’ll have another go at it I think.

Hi SJ60, don't be too hard on yourself. Think of the positive side that you didnt stop altogether but carried on and walked at a fast pace. I know for sure I wouldn't have been able to have done that!!

i always alternate my runs ..one day i will run on the flat ..the next day will involve a few hills [hard] but im now on week 9 ..30m running..

We all make mistakes, I certainly wouldn’t beat yourself up over it, just tell yourself it was a practice for the real run 😊
