I'd like to say a big THANK YOU to this group as the tips, hints and encouragement have paid off. I've been doing knee strengthening exercises since W6 and they seem to be helping π I NEVER thought I'd enjoy running as much as I do - I'm even dreaming about it!
Reached just over 4k on my run yday which I'm chuffed with and I feel like I've found my pace that Jo keeps mentioning in my ear. The finish line is in sight and I am starting believe I can make it π
