W9R1 done! Only achieved 3.2k, but am so excited that it looks like I will achieve my goal. I know this is said a lot, but if I can do this you can too! I am about to retire, have done no exercise since school and hated PE even then. Let me be your inspiration to do this😉 I will keep you all posted, thank you for all your support.

Well done - it's a great feeling. I hadn't done any real exercise for decades either, but now run three times a week. Maybe not this week as the hot weather will floor me - but I have graduated C25K and have been re-doing W9 for a month!
