So I completed my 3rd run of week 4 this morning and it was far too hot!!!! 🥵 consequently it felt like one of my worst runs since starting the programme. Not really looking forward to starting week 5 on Friday which is due to be just as hot! Does anyone have a preference/tips to running in the morning or evening on hot days? 😊

Definitely the mornings!!
It might be different for where you are and you might have a different tolerance but where I am located the temperature is 14 degrees at 6am, rather in the evenings where its still 23 degrees, which is far too hot for me let alone running!!
Take it slow and steady, maybe even more slow than you are doing now! Bring water if you start to struggle and someone said to me about an ice cold cloth which isn't a bad idea either if you remember it!

I always go in the evening, but the warmer it is the later I go 😊
