W8 R3 on the hottest day of the year

I am so glad I went out and did it.

I am still fighting with ‘my demons’ before and during every run, and it was no different today, when I was thinking that it’s probably not going to happen anyway, because it’s too hot. Well it did happen!!

I can’t believe I am finally into week 9!!

Having had to repeat some runs throughout the program, I may have gone about this whole experience slower than I would have liked (started the program with the start of lockdown), but I know now that I can definitely do it.
