I would never have believed after stopping on one of my runs in week2 that I would be able to run for 30 minutes. Not running 5k yet and still finding it a challenge, but the feeling after each run is really worth it.
I started off as an overweight 67 year old and ended up a not quite so overweight 67 year old who can has now run for 30 minutes three times in a week.

Well done and huge congratulations to you. Yes, it is hard, I did my last run on Monday and like you I didn´t reach 5km, so maybe that´s the next target.
