After feeling deflated at not being able to complete W6R3 I didn’t run for nearly a week!! Finally I got out of bed at a good time this morning and went back to W4R1. Think I’ve been putting too much pressure on myself and also through this lockdown I have gained weight which has made me feel a bit depressed especially when I lost 3 stone last year.
But I went out and ran today and the endorphins I feel right now are awesome. So my theory is I’ll perhaps get to the end of this challenge but not in 9 weeks and that is ok, it doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as I am exercising regularly! And the other great thing is the sun is out and that makes everything better 🌞 have a good day everyone.

So true, go at your own pace. I found I had to slow down after week 5, literally slow my pace right down, and begin to take two or sometimes three rest days so my body was well recovered. It took me ten weeks from start to finish week 8, followed by 5 rest days before I felt I could tackle week 9 run 1, but I did it this morning, and it feels great
