I lost abit if momentum last week and only managed up to run 2.
I feel like I got myself worked up abit by the thought of running for 3 minutes straight. It wasn’t as bad as I thought but things just got in the way and run 3 wasn’t completed. I am going to start week 3 again today.
Any tips for pacing yourself as I find that I start out slow but seem to get quicker and tiered out more towards the end.

I really struggled with 3 minutes, it mentally felt like a huge hill. I found a slower song (Peter Andre, Mysterious Girl in my case) actually helped pace myself. And also a pep talk around not beating myself up, it’s still so much more than I could do at the beginning! Good luck, keep going!
