Hi,I got up to week six run two and five minutes into the run I pulled muscle in my thigh so I stopped running.this was on Saturday 13 th June,I haven't run since and thigh feeling good now.
What should I do now ,should I carry on where I was on the program or go back a week

Good to hear that you’re pain free. You’ve been away from running for less than two weeks, and so shouldn’t have lost any fitness. So, in theory it’s W6R2. Go out nice and gently to test the thigh under running impacts and if it doesn’t react at all, keep going nice and slowly. If for any reason you can’t fully complete the run, you will have an indication of how much you can comfortably do right now.
